Artwork can be drawings using crayons, markers, pencils or other materials;  paintings using finger paints, water colors and other materials; or sculptures of clay, paper mache or other materials.

The artwork should be no larger than 11" x 14" and the "Spencer 007: Licensed to Thrill" theme should be incorporated in the art.

Entries can be dropped off during business hours at the Daily Reporter newspaper office at 310 E. Milwaukee St. in Spencer, the KICD studios at 2600 N. Highway Blvd. in Spencer or the Y100.1 radio studios at 2303 W. 18th St. in Spencer.
